pARTicipants 12 years +
Youth aged 12-17 can be dropped off (be independent) during Open Studio, if appropriate waiver forms have been filled out. 

pARTicipants 12 years and younger
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult, someone age 18 or older unless enrolled in a camp, class, or club. If a child behaves in a way that is contrary to our studio agreements, then a parent will be called and asked to come pick up their child within 20 min.

pARTicipant Requirements
Maxtivity must have a current liability release, emergency contact info, communicable disease release, drop off/pick up or walk home waiver, photo release, and signed code of conduct on file. You will receive a form link following this email to complete all relevant requirements for individual and/or family membership.
